Employee Guiding Principles
The delivery of services to the residents is achieved through the contribution of all employees. Each employee is considered a leader, regardless of their role in the organization and has a duty to accountability and responsibility to each other, to residents, family members, volunteers, visitors and community stakeholders.

We ask every employee to honour our values by taking the guiding principles oath and to hold themselves and others accountable.
